A leaderboard is only worth chasing if the scores on it are real. SlamTilt is built so the numbers you see are backed by evidence and can't be quietly changed after the fact.

A score exists because you photographed the machine's backbox — the app reads the digits, and you confirm them. For a ranked score, that photo and the read behind it are part of the public record, so anyone can see the evidence.

When you save a session and attest your scores — or a tagged friend confirms theirs — the record is permanent. There is no later edit. The only change you can make is to delete the session, which removes it from every board and stat. No quiet touch-ups to climb a board.

The worldwide Grand Champion crown on a machine requires a verified on-locationcapture — GPS at a real, known venue. A higher score shot at home stays your personal best but can't wear the top crown, so the most prestigious spot always belongs to a score set in public.
